His practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, and financing transactions. He is experienced in designing, structuring, negotiating, and implementing M&amp;A and financing transactions, particularly in private equity and cross-border deals.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Diego earned his law degree (Juris Doctor equivalent) from the University of Lima, Peru, where he ranked in the top 10% of his class. He holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree from New York University, graduating as a Dean\u2019s Scholar. Additionally, he obtained an Advanced Professional Certificate in Law and Business from NYU Stern School of Business with a 4.0 GPA and has completed law and business courses at the University of Salamanca, Spain.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">He was recognized as one of the Top 10 \u201cRising Star Dealmakers\u201d in Peru by the international publication Transactional Track Record (TTR) for three consecutive years (2019 \u2013 2021).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Before joining RC Law, Diego worked as an associate at Rebaza, Alcazar &amp; De Las Casas and Rodrigo, Elias &amp; Medrano in Lima.
